Stay FRESH!
Staying mentally and physically fresh is very important for a competitive baseball player. When given long breaks or layoffs from baseball it's smart to use that time efficiently by staying FRESH! After long seasons your body definitely needs its rest. But rest doesn't mean just sit around a and be lazy! A players game can improve even without baseball activity if off time is used efficiently. Staying flexible and light workouts can do wonders in keeping your body in shape and making the transition from a break or offseason to gameplay much easier...You'll be amazed how much quicker you can get back in a baseball groove if you stay flexible and keep your so-called baseball muscles FRESH!
